I love working with fresh seasonal ingredients, inspired by what the new seasons have to offer us. I like to use a range of traditional and modern techniques in my cooking, concentrating on emphasising the flavour of each ingredient. My passion started from when I was a young boy helping my father in the garden. Raising small seedlings to plants which would provide us food.
